I am able to quickly see patterns and how ideas, actions, and experiences are connected. Awareness of this bigger picture gives us direction towards purpose. Purpose leads to greater satisfaction.

I love transforming something from good to great. As a coach I guide clients in maximizing every opportunity so they design a life and career they love.
Growth and change is all about learning. I am always learning and seeking greater awareness. I challenge clients to create awareness which leads to the growth and actions that ultimately drive the results they desire.
In 2016 I participated in the Extraordinary Leader™ program. I am incredibly proud to say that my results were in the 90th percentile, which is considered to be extraordinary leadership.
Why is this important to my clients? These results illustrate my ability to build a brand- which is one of the goals many clients choose to focus on in their coaching work.
Results are based on a 360-degree assessment conducted by 30 people across the organization including my superiors, direct reports, partners, and peers.
